What a waste of money! Don't buy from here!

I need to return my complete order because after a month of using it, the outdoor couch we got is coming apart at the seams, and the egg chair we got will not stay in its place and as a result keeps hitting the bar when swinging. I got in touch with them to return and they want me to just place everything outside to be picked up. Cannot trust for these not to get stolen. Chatted with someone else and they said they donate everything. So why not just give me my refund and save me the stress! I can leave it out without worrying it might get stolen (they definitely will get stolen).

07/16/2022:
So we received a call that a second driver was to come by to pick up the items over the weekend, his name was Daniel and this time he had an actual GDF Studio van whereas the first drive came in a non-labeled huge white truck. He showed up the afternoon of July 9th and I told him that the merchandise was left outside and it was stolen. I told him that we knew this would happen but the return service lady told us that was the only way. So now we have no furniture that we paid for and a charge on my credit card that won't be refunded. This is unacceptable. I would like a full refund of this order immediately.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. False advertising on their fire pits. Claim they are gas when they are propane. Plus $160 more expensive on their website than on Walmarts website. When I asked them for a return or credit, you have to pay freight back and must be returned in original box. They don't give credits to keep product.

We are returning this horrible sofa and…

We are returning this horrible sofa and we are not being provided with a pre-paid shipping tag. This whole experience has been awful starting with the shipment coming in two boxes and the shipper only giving us one tracking number. They then said that the shipment was complete causing us a headache. Days later we receive a second box and its like we were supposed to know. Now, this sofa is about the worst thing we've ever experienced. We can't believe that this company is making all this furniture prime and recommended. This piece of furniture and the two chairs we also bought forced me to become an semi-expert in furniture construction. The problem is that somebody forgot about the concept of comfort. You don't need over the top comfort, but just a little would be great.... and there is none. These people did not design these pieces of furniture with any form of "comfort" in mind. It was strictly, how can we throw a little foam, some wood, and some coverings that look vintage classy together and make some money. Somebody forgot about the functionality of things called chairs and sofas. Anyway, we are returning this so we can get our refund and never bought any item again from this company.

They delete from their site reviews…

They delete from their site reviews critical of products. I saw my 2 star review posted and deleted by the next day leaving 3 glowing reviews. The low review count should have been telling. They also sell a warranty against defects for brand new products? Avoid or be very leery of the handful of great reviews you will find.

Terrible return policy

I purchased a Lycus Faux fur bean bag. This item was not as advertised, the cover sheds like crazy and the interior cushion never opened “fluffed” out properly. I requested a return, they told me to donate it to charity, great cause but not my responsibility to make those arrangements. They were also rude enough to suggest that I purchase return packaging at FedEx, after spending countless emails trying to resolve this issue. They finally arranged for pick up on 12/2, now I have to keep this shedding item in my home for over a month. I explained that my wife is pregnant and is due 12/7, what will happen if I’m not home? Their return policy states free and within 90 days, be careful as their customer service reps are trained to give you the run around. I’m going to wind up
disputing this charge and throwing this garbage item out with my trash. Problem solved.

Update 11/15:
Gdfstudio has finally refunded this item. The customer service rep sent us a message, they still recommend that we donate or gift this item rather than throw away. Now that this issue has been resolved, I will wind up donating this item on my time.

I purchased 2 Marietta 7 Piece Black Cast Aluminum Outdoor Dining Sets

Shipping was surprisingly fast which came in two separate shipments as was clearly identified in their advertisement. Assembly was easy and all pieces fit together perfectly. The only issue was two chairs had some sharp burrs that were overlooked in the finishing process. GDFStudio offered to replace the products at no cost. Since it only takes a few minutes to file or sand down the spots and I didn't want to wait for replacements, I requested they send me some touchup paint. They didn't have any but at my option agreed to compensate me or replace them for my trouble and buying a can of spray paint locally. I opted for compensation without stipulating how much. I was both surprised and pleased with the percent reimbursement they sent me. I will gladly do business with them again.

Continued replacement incompetence.

I ordered two hanging "egg" chairs that each come in four parts: top, bottom, left, and right pieces. I received two top and two bottom pieces as expected, but then FOUR lefts instead of two lefts and two rights.

I contacted customer service to let them know I needed two pieces: Two RIGHTS.

When the replacement parts arrived a couple weeks later, it was a right and two more lefts! It wasn't even the right NUMBER of parts.

I again contacted them to get my remaining right side, but they say they are completely out of stock and would get more by the end of the month. Here I am half way through the following month with no further update about the missing piece. That and they won't even accept return shipment of the four extra left pieces, so they are just junk I have to deal with.

Be careful about ordering from these guys.

EDIT: Will update with further progress.

UPDATE August 5th: The response here said I would be updated around August 2nd. That has not happened yet.

UPDATE August 22nd, 2021: I've attempted to email the contact who said they would get back to me when the item was in stock. I asked for an update. Twice. No response.

I am missing most of my order and getting no response from the company

I ordered two club chairs with teal cushions. I received just the teal cushion covers. I have tried to contact the company directly and have received no response. These chairs cost over $600 and I would really like the chairs that go with my cushion covers. Cushions would be nice too.
